BIM Engineer

. BIM Modelling & Documentation

o Develop and maintain MEP BIM models for data center projects using Autodesk Revit.

o Produce coordinated design drawings, shop drawings, and as‑built documentation.

o Model to the required Level of Development (LOD) as defined in the project BEP.

o Ensure modelling accuracy, consistency, and compliance with BIM standards.

. Design & Coordination Support

o Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP designers to resolve clashes and interface issues.

o Participate in multi‑disciplinary BIM coordination meetings and implement agreed actions.

o Assist in the review and coordination of shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements.

o Support construction teams by incorporating site feedback and design changes into BIM models.

. Digital Construction & Lifecycle BIM

o Support 4D, 5D, and 6D BIM requirements as directed by the Lead BIM Modeler.

o Assist with COBie data population and asset information modelling.

o Maintain model data integrity to support handover and O&M requirements.

. Standards, Compliance & Quality

o Follow project BIM standards, templates, and modelling guidelines.

o Ensure BIM outputs comply with relevant building regulations, fire codes, and project specifications.

o Participate in BIM quality checks and model audits.

. Handover & As‑Built Delivery

o Assist in preparation of as‑built BIM models and DWG deliverables.

o Support timely and accurate handover submissions in line with project requirements.

. Work Environment & Mobility

o Role may be based on‑site or off‑site, subject to project requirements.

o Regular site coordination and interaction with construction teams may be required.
