Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate emerging BIM technologies, AI-driven tools, cloud platforms, and interoperability across BIM systems and CDEs to enhance digital workflows.
- Develop and implement BIM adoption strategies, execution plans (BEP), Employer's Information Requirements (EIR), standards, and data exchange protocols aligned with ISO 19650 and local regulatory guidelines.
- Provide consultancy on BIM implementation, integration, digital asset management, and technology procurement based on client needs.
- Design and deliver BIM training programs, workshops, and technical support for stakeholders, including troubleshooting and on-site or remote assistance.
- Drive innovation initiatives such as AI, IoT, AR/VR, digital twins, automation, and pilot projects to improve efficiency and digital transformation outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, GIS, Building Science, or related disciplines.
- At least 2 years of BIM-related design and/or construction experience with end-to-end project involvement in Singapore.
- Strong knowledge of BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Synchro), BIM standards (Singapore BIM Guide, ISO 19650), and proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools scripting skills (e.g., Dynamo, Python, Grasshopper) are advantageous.
- Professional BIM certifications adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
