JOB DESCRIPTION: BIM DEVELOPER

Core Role
Develop and optimize BIM models, automation tools, and workflows to support design coordination, clash detection, and construction planning.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Automation & Tools: Develop custom scripts, plug-ins, and tools to automate BIM workflows.
- Model Management: Configure BIM standards and integrate model data with project management and cost systems (4D/5D BIM).
- Support & Optimization: Collaborate with PMs, Engineers, and Architects to troubleshoot model issues and provide user training.
Requirements
- BIM Tools: Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, or similar software.
- Programming / Scripting: Hands-on experience with Dynamo, Python, C#, or .NET.
- Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of construction processes, model-based coordination, and large-scale project management.
- Key Skills: Strong analytical thinking, quick problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
