Job Description & Requirements
- Report directly to the Project Manager, VDC Manager.
- Assist Project Director & VDC Manager to lead a team of BIM Coordinators and BIM Engineers.
- Setting BIM Standards and generating BIM Contents for Company and Projects.
- Ensuring implementation of BIM processes.
- Provide guidance and training internally in BIM and VDC applications and authoring.
- Leading and agendas for ICE Session, BIM Coordination, and relevant meetings.
Requirements
- Relevant Certificate/ Diploma / Degree or equivalent.
- Specialist Diploma in BIM and Computational BIM (by BCA) will be an advantage.
- 5-10 years working experience on site in building or civil engineering project.
- 5-10 years experience in design, drafting, modelling, technical, planning or engineering.
- 5-10 years experience in BIM authoring software (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, etc.)
- Experience in application using Autodesk Dynamo and other Revit API application program software will be an advantage.
- In-depth working knowledge of current BIM versions and applications.
