Experienced in developing Bus Depot Equipment 3D model from 2D PDF drawings.
Develop and design Electrical systems (Earthing, LPS, Cable Containment, Cable Routing, Electrical Switchrooms, etc), Mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, etc) and ELV systems (1-way/2-way EVCS, AMS, VSS, etc) in 3D using BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD, etc.).
Prepare detailed design models, drawings, and specifications for LTA Bus Depot Project.
Prepare detail design and working drawings such as schematic diagrams, single-line diagrams arrangement/layout drawings.
Ensure design co-ordinations and the development of 3D Models and fundamental approval are in accordance with schedule. Must have experience in CCSM, CSD and SEM Model/Drawings preparation and submission for LTA projects.
Utilize BIM coordination tools like Navisworks to detect and resolve clashes.
Produce and maintain detailed documentation, including BIM execution plans, as-built drawings, and equipment schedules.
Perform quality control checks on the designs and ensure accurate implementation of BIM models in the construction phases.
Attending the meeting with consultants, contractors as part of project, where required.
Role Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/MEP Engineering or its equivalent Must be Certified with Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling or BIM Management Certification
Able to read Building drawings
Well-versed in building regulations and local design codes
Proficient in Autocad and MicroStation drafting
3D BIM Modelling in Autodesk, Revit using BIM360 ACC Collaboration Pro
Good interpersonal skill with the ability to connect with and influence stakeholders with different objectives
