BIM Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the production of Quality BIM Models and construction documents.
• Manage and deliver a fully coordinated model in agreed formats.
• Ensure all models, drawings and structural data are well maintained and up to date throughout the course of the project.
• Assist in updating and revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle.
• Ensure BIM models are modeled with the correct BIM parameters and attributes for BIM based quantification.
• Work closely with the team and coordinate with other relevant departments to ensure all drawings are in order as per project requirements
• Coordinate with various vendors, contractors and sub-contractors.
• Use BIM for coordination, sequencing, constructability, and as-built.
• Perform clash checks and report any discrepancies.
• Perform quantity checks before releasing and exchanging the BIM Models.
• Ensure all works adhere to the project timeline and execution plan.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Engineering.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in building construction projects.
• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM software.
• Good team player with good written and spoken communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Self-driven and good at time management.
