Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team as a BIM Coordinator, where your expertise in design and drafting will contribute to innovative projects. This role offers opportunities to work independently and engage with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design and draft mechanical layouts, section details, space management plans, and plant room details.
Create detailed and coordinated drawings.
Prepare shop drawings and As-Built drawings using Revit and CAD software.
Gather relevant information from architectural drawings, structural drawings, and drawings from other disciplines.
Assist Project Managers and Engineers with coordination and planning, including site visits and meetings when necessary.

Requirements

Diploma in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical Design, or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving attitude.
