Job Summary
Coordinate and manage BIM model activities for M&E projects, including clash detection, model verification, and documentation preparation. Support BIM coordination meetings and resolve project issues to ensure smooth project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with design teams and subcontractors to align BIM model development and project requirements
- Conduct clash detection on BIM models and generate detailed reports to identify and resolve conflicts
- Prepare BIM models for documentation, constructability studies, and on-site field usage to support project execution
- Check and verify BIM models and drawings for accuracy and compliance with project standards
- Assist BIM and project teams by facilitating coordination meetings and resolving BIM-related issues promptly
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma in Architectural Drafting or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience working on M&E BIM model-related projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks software applications
- Experienced in drafting combined services drawings (CSD)
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a dynamic project environment
- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Self-motivated team player with proactive communication skills
