Job Summary
Coordinate and manage BIM model activities for Architectural projects, including clash detection, model verification, and documentation preparation. Support BIM coordination meetings and resolve project issues to ensure smooth project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with design teams and subcontractors to align BIM model development and project requirements
- Conduct clash detection on BIM models and generate detailed reports to identify and resolve conflicts
- Prepare BIM models for documentation, constructability studies, and on-site field usage to support project execution
- Check and verify BIM models and drawings for accuracy and compliance with project standards
- Assist BIM and project teams by facilitating coordination meetings and resolving BIM-related issues promptly
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma in Architectural Drafting or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience working on Architectural model-related projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks software applications
- Experienced in drafting combined services drawings (CSD)
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a dynamic project environment
- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Self-motivated team player with proactive communication skills
