Role Description

This contract role is for a BIM Coordinator/Modeler. The BIM Coordinator/Modeler will be responsible for coordinating BIM models, managing BIM processes, and collaborating with project teams. Day-to-day tasks include creating and updating BIM models, ensuring project adherence to BIM standards, and facilitating communication between different stakeholders. This is a hybrid role based in Singapore, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time.

Qualifications

• Experience in BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Proficiency in Architecture and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Strong skills in Project Management
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
