BIM Coordinator / M & E (S-C)

Responsibilities:

. Manage model data to facilitate model coordination between multiple disciplines, SWC and sub-contractors.

. Collaborate and communicate with multiple disciplines, SWC and sub-contractors to deliver and/or manage BIM data

. Collect, integrate, and audit BIM data and process as defined in the BIM requirements, design codes and authority regulation.

. Audit model and BIM data to ensure data integrity and consistency.

. Trouble-shoot & resolve BIM issues pertaining to BIM projects.

. Manage model data to facilitate model coordination between multiple disciplines and sub-contractors.

. Participate as auditor personnel for our clients in project BIM meetings and lead the meeting as well.

. Lead the CCSM Meeting

. Lead the production of CSSM/SEM models and drawings

. Collaborate and communicate with multiple disciplines and sub-contractors to deliver and/or manage BIM data.

. Audit and report project metrics related to the BIM model and data as defined by the client's team.

. Generate progress & status reports for BIM projects.

. Highlight clashes/discrepancies in the meeting.

Requirements:

. Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or its relevant discipline

. With minimum 3 years of relevant working experience

. Clear understanding of all the services.

. Monitor project progress and handle any issues

. Team player with good communication skills

. Proficient in Revit, Navisworks and Autocad

. Must have good documentation skills

. Familiar with Building & Construction regulation of Singapore

. Have experience with Substation/SP/LTA project will be great advantage.

. Must be expert and specialist in Revit and AutoCAD.

. Industry BIM Certification (Revit Professional, BCA BIM courses) is preferred

. Fluency with Navisworks or other markup and design review tools.

. Strong interpersonal skill and ability to develop positive relations with different stakeholders.

. Self-driven and good time management

. Knowledge of BIM is a MUST
