Job Description

Your Role

Construct 3D model and prepare shop drawings for submission to the authorities and for construction using BIM software.
Update 3D model according to latest information provided and ensure accuracy of shop drawings.
Monitor and inform Project Design Team on clashes.
Support Project Design Team in managing RFIs.
To participate, work closely and give support to safety personnel at site on all initiatives/ matters relating to Safety and Health.
To comply with the company Safety Management System and the WSHA and its subsidiary legislation.

Your Profile

Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, Building Management or Construction Management with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in interior design firms
Proficient in BIM, Revit (Architecture, MEP, Structure), Naviswork
Experienced in production of shop drawings
Be able to work in team and Independent with minimum guid, well organised, meticulous and with good communication skills
