Job Summary
Coordinate and manage BIM implementation for an LTA project, resolving BIM issues and liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure efficient BIM processes and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage BIM implementation for the assigned LTA project to ensure effective collaboration among project stakeholders
- Identify and resolve BIM-related issues by proposing solutions that enhance BIM process efficiency
- Liaise with clients and external stakeholders on BIM-related matters to represent and protect the project's BIM interests
- Apply detailed knowledge of BIM standards, processes, and technologies to support project delivery
- Utilize BIM software such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks to execute BIM coordination tasks
- Collaborate effectively with design, construction, and client teams to align BIM activities with project management and construction processes
Required competencies and certifications
- Certification in BIM or construction management (from A relevant degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field, with a certification in BIM or construction management)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Relevant degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field
- Significant experience as a BIM Coordinator in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project management
