Job Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and manage BIM models across multiple disciplines, including reviewing third-party CAD and model data.
- Perform clash detection, QA/QC checks, 4D simulations, and support BIM submissions to authorities.
- Track project milestones, process change orders, and ensure compliance with company and client requirements.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, clients, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and support project delivery.
- Train team members, enhance BIM workflows, and assist in construction documentation and resource planning.
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma in Architecture, Structural, Engineering, Construction, MEP, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in building construction and project execution.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, with strong technical and planning skills in modelling and drafting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently or in a team under tight deadlines.
