Position Overview
Join our team as a BIM Coordinator specializing in Architecture for major infrastructure and building projects across Singapore. You will be responsible for coordinating architectural BIM models, conducting clash detection with other disciplines, and preparing shop drawings for project submissions. This role offers excellent opportunities to work on diverse projects including commercial buildings, residential developments, and mixed-use infrastructure with focus on architectural design coordination and documentation.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Coordinate architectural BIM models including facades, interiors, and building envelopes for infrastructure and building projects
- Conduct clash detection using Navisworks to coordinate architectural elements with structural and MEP systems
- Prepare architectural shop drawings, tender drawings, and submission packages for authority approval
- Model complex facades, curtain walls, railings, and architectural features in Revit
- Attend coordination meetings with architects, consultants, main contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure architectural models comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and architectural standards
- Support BIM Managers with architectural model quality checks and progress reporting
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of architectural BIM coordination experience in Singapore construction industry
- Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit Architecture with strong modeling skills
- Experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination
- Strong understanding of architectural documentation, detailing, and building codes
- Knowledge of facade systems, curtain walls, and architectural finishes
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
