Job Description:
We are seeking a BIM Coordinator to support and manage BIM processes in our projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with project teams, ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 standards and project-specific BIM requirements.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Coordinate BIM workflows to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Produce and manage BIM models and shop drawings in line with BIM Information Requirements.
- Lead model coordination activities, including clash detection and issue resolution.
- Develop, implement, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
- Participate in client meetings to define BIM project scope and delivery timelines.
- Support project teams with model management, version control, and data integrity.
