Job Description

assist in preparation and development of BIM models and related content for BIM coordination meetings
adhere to BIM execution plan and project workflows to achieve BIM deliverables as per requirement
leveraging BIM software and tools as a methodology to coordinate design documentation
assist in updating BIM standard and template for project
familiar with BIM submission procedures, regulations and guidelines

Requirements

Specialist Diploma in BIM/VDC preferred
Minimum 2 years working experience in building construction (Architecture), Singapore
Knowledge of authorities requirements and overall project process
Good communication skills
