Job Summary:

Leads the development and coordination of complex documentation and BIM models. Acts as a key resource for technical detailing, authority submissions and resolving design coordination issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and produce detailed design and technical drawings and statutory documentation for complex project packages.
  • Coordinate design documentation across disciplines and resolve clashes and technical issues.
  • Manage and update BIM models in line with project and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and support regulatory submissions and coordinate technical responses.
  • Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to documentation quality.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong capability in detailing, documentation, and BIM modelling.
  • Able to detect and resolve technical coordination issues independently.
  • Familiar with regulatory submission standards and digital submission workflows.
  • Confident in coordinating across multiple disciplines and project stages.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently while guiding junior staff.

Requirements & Attributes:

  • Diploma/Degree in Architecture with minimum 5 years industry experience
  • At least 3-5 Years BIM (REVIT) related project implementation experience
  • At least 2-4 completed Revit projects
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit Architecture with Certification-Autodesk Revit Certified Professional Exam
