Billing and Account Management: Oversee billing processes, including billing issuance, payment reconciliation, and account adjustments, ensuring compliance with relevant policies. Conduct regular account reconciliation and review. Manage special billing requirements such as advance invoicing and bill splitting. Responsible for verifying customer invoices within the department.
Overdue Payments and Accounts Receivable (AR) Management: Implement the company's credit control and overdue payment management requirements. Monitor accounts receivable trends and implement tiered, dynamic early-warning mechanisms. Manage overdue payment collection and accounts receivable. Monitor customer payment progress and manage customer prepayments/deposits.
Head Office Coordination: Liaise with the Head Office Credit Control and AR/Finance teams to implement AR policies and payment collection management. Coordinate with the APAC regional Finance team on KPI tracking and implementation of related tasks. Participate in financial digitalization and AI initiatives to improve financial efficiency.
Other Responsibilities: Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and verifying data. Perform other ad hoc financial duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Full-time Bachelor's degree or above.
Academic Background: Major in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Financial Management, or other related disciplines.
Work Experience: At least 3 years of relevant finance experience. Experience in the telecommunications industry or with telecom operators is preferred. Relevant professional certifications will be an advantage.
Required Skills:
Proficient in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Proficient in financial ERP systems.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel functions such as PivotTables and VLOOKUP.
Practical experience in multi-currency accounting, foreign exchange gain/loss accounting.
Language Skills: Fluent in both Chinese and English, because the candidate needs to liaise with English and Chinese Speaking stakeholders
