How You will Make An Impact:
The candidate is required to perform User Acceptance testing (UAT) for Billing Consumer Services or Products. She is required to understand the requirement and plan out the test scenarios and execute them in testing environment. In addition, she has to ensure the UAT is completed within the given schedule and document the test results, conduct briefing and handover to operations team (where necessary).
She needs to ensure that any system enhancements/ scheme rolled have proper processes and controls put in place with quality and integrity of billing.
This role also requires coordinating with and managing vendor (TMO outsource team).
