Bilingual Sales Representative (Mandarin and English)

We are a fast-paced, technology-driven law practice seeking a bilingual Intake / Client Success Specialist to support client communications and claim intake processes. This role is ideal for someone who is highly conversational in both English and Mandarin, enjoys helping people, and thrives in a client-facing environment.

Prior legal experience is preferred but NOT REQUIRED. We are willing to train the right candidate on our internal systems and processes. What matters most is your ability to communicate clearly, build trust with clients, and guide conversations with empathy and professionalism.

• Handle inbound and outbound client communications
• Conduct intake and pre-qualification calls with potential clients
• Explain processes and gather information from clients clearly and accurately
• Maintain professional and compassionate communication with individuals dealing with sensitive situations
• Document client information and update internal systems
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth client onboarding and follow-up

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese
• Strong conversational communication skills in both languages
• Comfortable having detailed discussions and explaining processes clearly
• Experience in customer support, client success, sales, call center, hospitality, or other client-facing roles preferred
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills
• Tech-comfortable and able to learn new systems quickly
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
