Our client is a leading interior manufacturer and contractor specializing in delivering functional and aesthetically designed interior solutions.
They are currently looking for a Bidding Manager.
This role manages the full RFP-to-proposal lifecycle within the construction and interior fit-out industry-from reviewing tender requirements to producing high-quality proposals. The position combines proposal development, business writing, design capabilities using Adobe Creative Suite, and cross-functional collaboration to support successful tender submissions.
【Responsibilities】
- Work closely with the Contracts and Project teams to develop bid strategies and prepare proposals aligned with client requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end tender process, including reviewing Request for Proposals (RFPs), gathering inputs from relevant departments, and ensuring submissions are accurate, complete, and submitted within required timelines.
- Utilize approved AI and productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise), where appropriate, to support research, proposal development, and presentation preparation.
- Produce high-quality proposals, presentations, and EDM content using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Maintain and regularly update the client database, including setting up and maintaining accurate client profiles.
- Review and work with basic contract documentation as part of the tender submission process.
- Apply business and marketing insights to strengthen bid positioning and enhance client engagement.
【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
- Diploma in Business Administration/Management, Marketing/Sales, Media & Communication, Design, or an equivalent qualification. Nitec/Higher Nitec qualifications with relevant experience are also welcome to apply.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry or serving clients in the construction industry
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of SharePoint/OneDrive and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, or equivalent AI productivity tools is preferred
(Advantageous)
- Experience in Canva
- Experience using Salesforce or HubSpot CRM
- Familiarity with procurement platforms such as GeBIZ, SAP, or Ariba.
- Experience using bid management tools such as Salesforce, SASAMi, RFPIO, or Loopio
- APMP Certification
