Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support tender and proposal submission activities, including reviewing RFP requirements and gathering information from internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and compile proposals, tender submissions, presentations, capability statements, and marketing collateral.
- Design and produce high-quality proposal documents, presentations, and EDM content using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Utilize approved AI and productivity tools to support research, proposal development, presentation preparation, and process efficiency.
- Maintain and update client databases, company profiles, and submission records.
- Ensure all submissions are accurate, compliant, professionally presented, and delivered within stipulated deadlines.
- Support marketing and business development activities to strengthen client engagement and brand visibility.
- Participate in industry events, networking functions, and business development activities when required.
- Collaborate closely with Contracts, Project, and Business Development teams to coordinate tender-related requirements and submission processes.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in related disciplines.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in proposal coordination, submission management, marketing support, business development support, or related functions.
- Experience preparing proposals, tender submissions, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI productivity tools.
- Experience within Construction, Interior Fit-Out, Architecture, Engineering, or project-based industries is an added advantage.
