We are seeking a seasoned Associate Director Bid Management to lead and drive our bid strategy across the APAC region. This is a senior leadership role for an individual with deep expertise in managing complex bids, proposals, and negotiations within the technology and telecoms landscape.
Key Responsibilities:- End-to-end bid lifecycle management: Oversee the full process from qualification to contract closure.
- Proposal Management: Lead the creation of compelling, customer-focused proposals.
- Bid Strategy: Define winning strategies aligned with business objectives.
- RFP Management: Respond to complex RFPs with precision and creativity.
- Contract Negotiation: Drive successful commercial outcomes through strong negotiation skills.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across APAC.
Experience:- You will have a proven track record in bid management for the past ten years plus.
- Strong knowledge of network technologies, SD-WAN, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, SASE, contact centre solutions, and UCaaS.
- Experience of dealing with complex enterprise deals across APAC or global.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
