The Bid Coordinator is a key member of the Global Bidding Team, who will work with the team and leaders across the APAC studios, whilst being part of a global team.
The role is to coordinate and prepare high-quality new business proposals, Expression of Interests and Pre-Qualifications and requires an organised and creative individual with excellent time management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure good input of data to Oracle Sales Cloud including Contacts, Accounts and Opportunities
- Ensure regular updating of Opportunity Data in Oracle Sales Cloud to ensure accurate reporting for Global Reporting.
- Prepare and submit Expression of Interest and Pre Qualification responses
- Maintain registration on company portals and review public tender/notice opportunities.
- Ensure correct and timely circulation of all-important information regarding leads and pitches to relevant staff and directors
- Work with the team to create high quality consistent Bid documents and proposals to help win new work across a range of sectors and geographies.
- Pro actively follow up on behalf of the Teams to support the conversion of opportunities.
- Communicate regularly with the Marketing and Business Development teams to ensure awareness of all material/collateral/BD trips.
Key Skills
- Proficient in using Adobe InDesign
- Demonstrable experience of undertaking brief analysis, with excellent verbal and written communication
- Self-motivated with a structured approach to work
- Excellent attention to detail, strong levels of numeracy and use of grammar
- Knowledge and interest in design and architecture is preferred
