BICYCLE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Roles & Responsibilities

1.Be responsible for the daily maintenance, fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of electric vehicles, electric motorcycles, electric tricycles and bicycles, including the inspection, repair and replacement of core components such as motors, circuits and batteries.

2.Proficiency in completing the whole vehicle assembly, maintenance and modification of electric vehicles.

3.Keep maintenance records, sort out tools and accessories standardized, and maintain the cleanliness of the maintenance area.

4.Undertake daily store operations, assist in electric vehicle sales work in spare time, and obey the reasonable work arrangements of the employer.

5.Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, deployments, and upgrades.

6.Maintain operational records, asset inventories, and vendor documentation.

7.Provide excellent customer service and communication.
