What You'll Do
Business Intelligence and Analytics Services Hub is a centralized global ES team. This hub greatly enhances how our management engage in the information required to manage the business. The team is an integral part of the Enterprise Services organization, providing insights & analysis supported by meaningful and accurate information to help guide and influence the decision-making process. The team supports the leadership of our various business segments, senior management, local, regional & global colleagues across the organization.
As a senior analyst, you will be responsible for developing and delivering projects related to reporting, data analysis and visualization, using relevant data tools, reporting environment and dashboards for BCG. You'll work towards finding opportunities to innovate, identify process improvements & efficiencies through advanced skills in digital reporting & analytics tools. Support in analytics transformation including driving automations and standardization to provide next generation solutions that simplify the end-user experience while providing greater insights. The role is expected to bring experience and confidence that will help drive new ways of thinking and further improve our own analytics capabilities across various areas & drive various functional initiatives.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics / statistics, Information Systems, computational degree, or equivalent master's degree
- 6 to 8 years of relevant analytics, reporting, programing and visualization experience
- Technically proficient, can mentor Analyst and share best practices.
- Strong problem solving & analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills; written and oral
- Flexible working across time zones.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a global environment with people at all levels, preferably in a professional service organization.
Who You'll Work With
As a member of the Business Intelligence Team, you will interact extensively with a diverse range of stakeholders from across the business, both geographically and functionally. This includes, but is not limited to Local, Regional, Global, and Practice Area analysis teams, as well as, the overall Global services organization

YOU'RE GOOD AT
Technical Skills
- Good understanding of analytics concepts, KPI's, management reporting & analysis
- Expert in Python and SQL. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts. Working knowledge of cloud-based data solutions. Hands on experience in AWS/Snowflake
- Working knowledge of BO, SQL language to access and profile data mandatory
- Previous experience with AI and GenAI based projects implementation will be a plus.

- An ability to structure hypothesis, build thoughtful analyses, develop underlying data models and bring clarity to previously undefined problems.
- Desire and flexibility to work through details with keen attention to accuracy and timeliness.
