Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers in the Battery Energy Storage sector.
  • Look for sales opportunities in inventory storage using our EMS.
  • Drive sales of Brightree's AI and IoT-based EMS to customers in the renewable energy industry.
  • Close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

Client Engagement & Presentations

  • Prepare visually appealing and effective sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.
  • Deliver compelling pitches to clients and potential investors.
  • Provide technical insights on Brightree's BESS solutions and EMS platform.

Post-Sales Support & Training

  • Oversee after-sales project tasks when required.
  • Conduct on-site surveys, installation supervision, testing, and customer support.
  • Provide training to customers on Brightree's digital solutions.

Marketing & Brand Awareness

  • Execute digital marketing efforts on LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Coordinate exhibition activities, including booth setup and client engagement.

Experience & Skills: Who Should Apply

Fresh graduates with a keen interest in sales, energy storage, and digital solutions are encouraged to apply.

Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a strong track record in energy management systems (EMS), battery energy storage (BESS), or industrial IoT is a plus.

Experience in selling AI-driven solutions, renewable energy systems, or digital automation technologies is highly preferred.

Knowledge of energy storage systems, power management, grid integration, and smart energy solutions is a strong advantage.

Familiarity with IoT-based monitoring, AI-powered analytics, and cloud-based energy platforms is required.

Strong technical sales, business development, and client engagement skills in the energy or industrial digitalization sector are preferred.

Education & Attributes

  • Min Diploma in Business or Engineering
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (to communicate with regional clients).
  • A Class 3 driver's license is a bonus.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Photoshop.
  • Experience in marketing materials writing and design is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a fast learner.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
