Behaviour Therapist

We're hiring a Behaviour Therapist at Tesserae.

We're growing and looking for a Behaviour Therapist who enjoys working closely with families, schools, and other professionals, and who wants to do work that is careful, considered, and meaningful.

We're an ambitious team hoping to shape the industry for the better. Our work is led by a team of three BCBAs, including the only practising BCBA-D in Southeast Asia. We are committed to building a broader ecosystem of collaborative, holistic support, having the courage to question and innovate, and creating a place where our staff feel valued, grow professionally, and build a career they can stay in for the long haul.

What you'll be doing:

• Bringing individualised intervention plans to life through day-to-day practice
• Supporting skill development through play, structure, and everyday moments
• Collecting and analysing data carefully to track progress and inform ongoing adjustments
• Growing as a clinician through mentorship, reflection, and increasing independence in your work
• Being part of a small, ambitious team shaping the industry, with opportunities to learn and grow beyond direct clinical work

We've love to hear from you if you:

• Have prior experience working with neurodiverse children in one-to-one or group settings
• Are deeply curious, reflective, and motivated to learn, upskill, and grow in your field
• Appreciate a flat team structure that encourages individual ownership
• Hold a degree in psychology or a related discipline such as early childhood or special education
• Have relevant certifications such as RBT, BCaBA, BCBA, or equivalent (e.g. QBA) as a bonus
• Bring international exposure or experience, which we see as an added plus
