Job Responsibilities:

• Perform treatments according to the established treatment protocols and hand techniques.

• Present and recommend products used during the treatment according to the treatment flow.

• Share information on ongoing promotions, membership benefits, and exclusive offers.

• Advise customers on their next consultation and schedule follow-up appointments.

• Welcome and attend to customers in the lounge/VIP areas with a warm and professional approach.

• Maintain treatment rooms in excellent condition and ensure the room are prepared before scheduled appointments.

• Check and replenish treatment room supplies, including products and disposables, to ensure operational readiness.

Requirement :

• Candidates with a valid ITEC or CIBTAC certification will be an advantage.

• Relevant experience in beauty therapy, skincare, or spa treatments will be an advantage.

• Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering excellent client experiences.

• Good communication skills and a professional, well-groomed appearance.
