What You'll Do
1) Respond to WhatsApp, phone & social media enquiries promptly.
2) Convert enquiries into confirmed appointments
3) Conduct pre-treatment consultations (face-to-face)
4) Recommend suitable packages & homecare products
5) Close sales with a professional, non-pushy approach
6) Rebook clients before they leave the spa
7) Follow up with clients who did not convert
8) Work closely with therapists to align treatment & recommendations.
9) Work closely with marketing team for promotion campaigns and increase the social media's traffics.

What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English & conversational Mandarin
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in: Beauty / Aesthetic / Wellness sales OR Fitness / Membership / High-ticket service sales
- Strong communication & closing confidence.
- Comfortable with KPIs & commission-based income.
- Presentable, professional, service-oriented mindset
