- Deliver professional consultations on beauty, hair, and skincare services tailored to customer needs
- Recommend appropriate treatments such as facial, hair, waxing, and scalp care based on individual customer requirements
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the salon team to achieve operational excellence and high performance
- Coordinate daily salon operations including customer service, cleanliness, and setup to ensure a seamless experience
- Support achievement of individual and team sales targets through effective service delivery and upselling
- Manage walk-in and appointment customers efficiently to optimize service flow
- Oversee inventory management by maintaining proper stock levels and attractive product displays
- Execute basic administrative duties including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and processing payments
- Address customer enquiries, feedback, and conduct after-service follow-ups to ensure continuous improvement
