• Deliver professional skin analysis and consultation to guide customers in selecting appropriate skincare products and aesthetic treatments.
• Manage incoming customer enquiries and resolve complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Drive sales of skincare products, facial treatments, slimming services, TCM therapeutic services, and aesthetic treatments to meet and exceed team targets.
