BEAUTY RETAIL ASSOCIATE / ORCHARD

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate team members to achieve sales and service targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by maintaining high product knowledge and a professional attitude.
• Ensure stock levels, replenishment, and merchandising standards are maintained according to brand guidelines.
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and effective manner.
• Support the Store Manager in planning promotions, managing inventory, and implementing new strategies.
• Train new staff and oversee onboarding processes specific to the Ladies Department.
• Ensure all store policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations are followed.
