Key Responsibilities :
- Welcome customers with warmth and provide personalized skincare & beauty consultations.
- Demonstrate and recommend products tailored to individual needs.
- Maintain strong knowledge of product lines, ingredients and latest beauty trends.
- Deliver exceptional service while achieving sales and store performance goals.
- Handle POS transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Ensure the store environment reflects our brands, well-presented, inspiring and compliance with hygiene standards.
- Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and store housekeeping.
- Support the team in daily store operations as required.
What We're Looking For :
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly, approachable, confident and sales-driven personality.
- Team player but also able to work independently.
- Good product knowledge (ingredients, skin types, makeup application techniques).
- Retail or beauty experience is an advantage (training provided).
- Sales-driven with the ability to meet targets.
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
