Position: Beauty Outlet Supervisor (Face & Body Slimming)
Salary: Up to $8,000 (Basic + Service Commission + Sales Commission + Store Target Incentives)

Location: To be assigned (Orchard Gateway / Bishan / Upper Serangoon / Upper Thompson)
Working Hours: 5 days, 10am - 8pm (Rostered schedule)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily outlet operations and ensure smooth customer service experience
• Lead and motivate consultants/therapists to achieve sales and service targets
• Provide professional consultation for face and body slimming treatments
• Monitor staff performance, scheduling, and operational standards
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally
• Drive outlet sales through service packages, promotions, and customer retention

Requirements:

• Prior supervisory experience in beauty/slimming industry required
• Certified in Face/Body Slimming treatments (Body experience preferred)
• Strong sales-driven mindset and leadership skills
• Immediate starter / short notice preferred
