We are seeking a Beauty Operations Supervisor / Beauty Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our beauty salon.

Key Responsibilities:

. Oversee day-to-day operations of the beauty centre to ensure smooth workflow and service quality.

. Supervise, train and guide beauticians and front-line staff.

. Assist in staff training and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

. Manage staff scheduling, attendance and basic performance monitoring.

. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and service standards.

. Handle customer enquiries, feedback and service recovery when required.

. Coordinate with management on operational matters and outlet performance.

. Support inventory monitoring a
