Beauty Manager (5+ Years Experience Required)
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the beauty salon and ensure smooth workflow
- Manage, train, and supervise beauty therapists and staff
- Provide professional beauty services including facial, slimming, and eyebrow embroidery
- Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction
- Handle customer consultations and recommend suitable treatments/packages
- Drive sales and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching where needed
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times
- Manage appointment scheduling and customer records
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professional
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in beauty industry (managerial role preferred)
- Strong knowledge in beauty treatments, slimming services, and eyebrow embroidery
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Sales-driven with proven track record in achieving targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure
- Relevant beauty certifications will be an advantage
