Key Responsibilities
- Conduct basic skin, face, body, hair, and scalp consultations
- Recommend suitable treatments and products based on client needs
- Deliver aesthetic treatments with high service standards
- Build rapport with clients and assist with after-sales follow-ups
- Promote clinic services in a professional manner
- Assist with daily outlet operations and inventory support
- Keep updated on aesthetic treatments and technologies
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in beauty or aesthetic sales
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused, motivated, and team-oriented
- Beauty certifications (e.g. CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC) are an advantage
