Beauty Consultant

Job Responsibilities

. Provide professional consultations and recommend suitable aesthetic treatments and packages

. Build and maintain strong client relationships

. Follow up with leads and existing clients to maximize sales opportunities

. Achieve and exceed .monthly KPI and sales targets.

. Maintain excellent customer service standards

. Assist in operations and appointment coordination

Requirements

. Minimum .2 years of experience. in beauty, aesthetics, or related sales roles

. Proven track record in achieving sales targets

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

. Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-oriented

. Comfortable working in a KPI-based performance environment

Salary & Benefits

. .Basic salary: From $3,000 onwards. (based on experience)

. .Average monthly earnings: $5,000 - $8,000. when KPI achieved
