We are looking for a passionate, results-driven Skin Consultant cum Therapist who loves helping people feel confident in their skin.

Role Overview

As a Skin Consultant cum Therapist, you are both:
. A skin expert who performs professional treatments
. A trusted advisor who designs personalised skin plans

You are not just doing facials - you are helping customers achieve real, visible results.

Key Responsibilities

1 Skin Consultation & Analysis
- Conduct detailed skin consultations using our ViewSkin digital analysis
- Identify root causes of concerns (acne, pigmentation, sensitivity, ageing, dehydration, etc.)
- Explain skin conditions clearly and confidently to customers.
- Design customised treatment plans

2 Treatment Execution

- Perform professional facial treatments
- Ensure high standards of hygiene and customer comfort
- Customise treatment steps based on real-time skin condition
- Deliver consistent, visible skin results

3 Treatment & Product Recommendation

- Recommend suitable treatment packages and homecare products
- Educate customers on skincare maintenance and lifestyle habits
- Achieve monthly service and retail sales targets (We focus on solution-based recommending, not hard selling.)

4 Customer Relationship Management

- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Follow up on skin progress after treatments
- Document treatment records accurately
- Handle concerns with professionalism

5 Operations

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of treatment rooms
- Support stock management and equipment care

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1-2 years facial experience preferred

Confident in performing extractions

Strong consultation and communication skills

Comfortable with sales & achieving targets

Team player with positive energy

Willing to continuously upgrade skills

Bonus if you:

• Have experience with advanced machines (RF, lifting, hydration infusion)

• Understand acne & pigmentation cases deeply

• Good understanding on skin knowledge
