3. Customer Experience Excellence

• Provide outstanding customer service in a warm and friendly manner.

• Ensure clients enjoy a comfortable and premium experience.

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.

4. Team Collaboration & Outlet Support

• Work closely with therapists and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of the outlet.
