Beauty Centre Manager

Job Description:-

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the beauty shop
• Monitor and manage the shop's finances, including budgeting, bookkeeping, and payroll
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products and services
• Ensure that the beauty shop complies with all health and safety regulations
• Ensure the cleanliness of the beauty shop, that it is organized, and well-maintained
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise
• Train new staff members and provide ongoing training and development for existing staff

Requirements:-

• Proven work experience as a Beauty Shop Manager or similar role
• Good knowledge of beauty treatments and products (e.g. for skin care)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to handle customers requests and complaints with grace
• Certificates in Beauty related areas is a plus
• Education level - Diploma or higher
