Beauty Centre Manager

1. Operations & Centre Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the beauty centre.
• Ensure smooth running of all services (facials, spa, hair, nails, slimming, etc.).
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance
• Handle appointment scheduling and manage customer flow.

2. Customer Service & Experience

• Ensure excellent customer service standards.
• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
• Manage memberships, loyalty programs, and upselling of packages.

3. Staff Supervision & Training

• Recruit, train, and supervise beauticians, therapists, and reception staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and motivate staff to meet sales/service targets.
• Organize workshops and training on latest beauty & wellness trends.
• Maintain discipline, grooming, and professional conduct of team.

4. Financial & Sales Management

• Track daily/weekly/monthly sales and prepare reports.
• Manage centre budget, expenses, and inventory (products, tools, machines).
• Achieve revenue targets through cross-selling and promotions.
• Implement commission structures and incentives for staff.

5. Marketing & Branding

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and events.
• Work with influencers or partnerships to attract new clients.
• Introduce new services, treatments, or seasonal packages.
• Maintain a professional and attractive beauty centre image.

6. Compliance & Standards

• Ensure compliance with Singapore standards
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Update staff on new government regulations and salon policies.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism across all services.
