Job Description

1. Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations of the beauty centre to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage staff schedules, appointments, and treatment room arrangements.
  • Ensure all services meet company standards, SOPs, hygiene, and safety requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels of skincare products, consumables, and equipment.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for stock ordering and product replenishment.

2. Staff Management

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate beauticians, therapists, and front-desk staff.
  • Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure staff maintain professionalism and high service quality.
  • Resolve internal issues and maintain team discipline.

3. Customer Service & Experience

  • Handle customer enquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and service consistency.
  • Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Manage VIP clients and ensure premium service delivery.

4. Sales & Business Development

  • Oversee sales performance and achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Promote beauty packages, treatments, and retail products.
  • Plan marketing activities, promotions, and campaigns together with management.
  • Analyse sales reports and implement strategies to improve centre performance.
