Job Description
- Take full accountability for the Beauty category P&L and deliver against targets.
- Craft and implement the category strategy aligned to broader business objectives.
- Hire, coach, and elevate a high-performing category team; oversee development and performance management.
- Work seamlessly with local and regional counterparts to execute initiatives.
- Track category trends and understand both seller and buyer behaviors to inform decisions.
- Identify, establish, and scale strategic partnerships within the local ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Minimum two years of working experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm
- Experienced in the beauty or FMCG category is a plus
- Strong communication and senior stakeholder management
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
