Beauty Business Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

. In charge of the all business and clients and responsible for the revenue of the company

. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products and treatments.

. Perform a variety of beauty services, including facials, skincare treatments, makeup application, and other aesthetic services as required.

. Maintain a high level of service and professionalism to enhance customer satisfaction.

. Promote and upsell beauty products and services to meet sales targets.

. Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are met in the treatment areas.

. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.

. Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge.

. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business goals.

Requirements:

. Has experience in meeting sales quota for beauty related business

. Prior experience as a beauty consultant, beautician, or similar role.

. Strong knowledge of skincare, makeup, and beauty treatments.

. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

. Service-oriented mindset with a passion for beauty and customer care.

. Ability to work on weekends and flexible hours from 12:00 PM - 9:30 PM.

. Relevant beauty certification is a plus.
