Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customers beauty needs and recommend suitable skincare, makeup or beauty products.
- Provide product demonstrations and personalised beauty consultations.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain good product knowledge and stay updated on new product launches, promotions and beauty trends.
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits and purchases.
- Maintain an attractive and well-organised counter/store display.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks and general housekeeping.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide professional after-sales service.
