Beauty Advisor (Perfume)

We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Sales Associate who specializes in perfumes. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, recommending fragrances based on customer preferences, and driving sales to meet store targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable perfumes.
• Educate customers on fragrance notes, product benefits, and usage.
• Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Maintain an attractive and well-stocked fragrance display.
• Manage product replenishment and ensure proper stock levels.
• Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Stay updated on new fragrance launches and industry trends.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail, preferably in fragrance or cosmetics.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for perfumes and ability to describe scents effectively.
• Customer-focused with a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Well-groomed and presentable at all times.
