The Opportunity

Adecco is partnering with leading beauty brands in Singapore to hire passionate Makeup Beauty Advisors. If you love cosmetics, beauty trends, and helping customers feel confident through makeup, we'd love to hear from you.

The Job

. Welcome customers and provide personalized makeup consultations
. Demonstrate makeup application techniques and recommend suitable products based on customer preferences and skin tones
. Stay updated on the latest makeup trends, launches, and beauty techniques
. Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall team performance
. Build strong customer relationships through follow-up and clienteling
. Maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards at the counter

The Talent

. Minimum 1 year of retail or beauty experience, preferably in makeup/cosmetics
. Passionate about makeup artistry, beauty trends, and customer engagement
. Confident, well-groomed, and service-oriented with strong communication skills
. Sales-driven with the ability to recommend products confidently
. Makeup certification or hands-on makeup experience will be an added advantage
